Manage your entire WordPress network inside FleekDash

FleekDash 2.6.5 ships the Multisite Network Manager. You can turn a single WordPress installation into a network and manage every subsite from FleekDash, without editing wp-config.php or opening the native Network Setup screen.

What's New

Multisite setup

Open the new Network area in Settings and walk through the setup flow. FleekDash detects whether Multisite is available, enables it, and converts the site in one guided process.

  • Automated setup: detects WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE, writes the required constants, and validates the network tables.

  • Safe transition: backs up configuration, rewrite rules, and database tables before applying changes.

  • Plugin lifecycle handling: pauses other plugins during setup, restores them afterward, and keeps FleekDash active.

  • Menu snapshot invalidation: native WordPress network menus stay reachable while FleekDash keeps its own navigation in sync.

Network Admin

The new Network header menu opens the Network Admin drawer with four tabs: Sites, Users, Themes and Plugins.

  • Sites tab: see every subsite with status, domain and last-updated info, plus actions to edit or visit a site.

  • Users tab: browse network users and manage their network-wide status.

  • Themes tab: enable or disable themes for the whole network using large 4:3 cards. Unselected screenshots are grayscale; they turn to color on hover or when selected.

  • Plugins tab: view all installed plugins with thumbnails and toggle network-wide activation.

Application passwords

Manage WordPress application passwords without opening the classic profile screen. FleekDash now lets you create and revoke application passwords from a dedicated control.

Site editing

Click any subsite to open the Edit Site drawer. Edit site info, add users, enable themes and configure settings without leaving FleekDash.

  • Info tab: update the site title, domain and path, status and metadata.

  • Users tab: add existing WordPress users to the site via a searchable user popover.

  • Themes tab: pick which network themes are enabled for this site. Visual cards show 4:3 screenshots with grayscale-to-color feedback.

  • Settings tab: manage site-specific options using the same form pattern found across FleekDash.

What's Improved

  • Drawer footers across network and site screens are more compact and use the same small button size as other drawers.

  • Loading states in network tabs use the design-system Skeleton instead of spinners.

  • Theme cards in both network and site drawers are fully clickable, with a clear selected outline and a count shown in the footer.

  • Cleanup of post and comment page data hooks.

  • Dashboard empty states for charts are clearer and more helpful.

  • Dashboard structure is prepared for the upcoming full Dashboard Manager feature.

  • Structural groundwork is laid for upcoming WooCommerce integrations and the new Sales dashboard.

What's Fixed

  • Single-to-network conversion is now reversible and handles the transition more safely.

  • Plugin lifecycle is now network-aware during Multisite setup.

  • Technical errors when saving or deleting items are handled more smoothly.

  • "Cookie check failed" message is replaced with a clear Your session expired prompt so users know to refresh or log in again.

  • Scheduled posts now publish correctly.

  • WP Portfolio and FleekDash no longer conflict on the login page.

  • Menu Management now lets you restore hidden items.

  • Menu Management pinned items now save correctly.

  • Custom login compatibility with third-party plugins is improved.

  • API reliability and error handling are improved.
