Your logo, your colors, no code
The Theme Manager lets you personalize the FleekDash admin so it aligns with your brand. No code required. You get:
It controls FleekDash admin themes only. It does not install or manage your site's frontend themes in WordPress → Appearance → Themes.
Your logo, your name – Set a brand name (shown in the sidebar header) and logos for light and dark mode. These apply across the interface so every user sees your brand instead of a generic WordPress shell.
Admin that looks like you – Choose and customize themes and color palettes with live editing: change colors and see the result immediately. Full light and dark mode support so the same palette can define both modes (or you use separate palettes).
Create and import palettes – Use bundled themes and palettes or create custom ones. Edit color variables (e.g. primary, accent, background) per mode; create new palettes or import them so your brand colors are consistent everywhere.
Single place for appearance – Appearance lives under Settings; the Theme Management drawer opens from there (or from the user menu) so you can adjust theme and palette without leaving your workflow. Changes can be saved or reset; the interface updates in real time as you edit.
Benefits in short:
Brand name and logos applied globally across FleekDash.
Live theme and palette editing with immediate preview; no full page reload.
Full light and dark mode support; create or import custom palettes.
One settings area (Appearance) and one drawer (Theme Management) for all look-and-feel customization.
How to access
Appearance settings (brand + theme summary)
From the menu: Open Settings from the main FleekDash menu, then click Appearance in the settings sidebar (or go directly to the Appearance section if your settings use a single page with sections).
URL: The Appearance section is at #/settings/appearance (e.g. https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/#/settings/appearance).
On the Appearance page you'll see:
Brand Name – Text input; used in the sidebar header. Empty = use WordPress site title.
Light Logo and Dark Logo – Upload or URL fields for logos used in light and dark mode.
Theme & Palette – Summary cards for the current theme and active palette; clicking either card opens the Theme Management drawer.
Save Settings – Saves brand name and logos (and any other appearance fields) to the backend.
Theme Management drawer
From Appearance: Click the Theme card or the Palette card on the Appearance settings page. The Theme Management drawer opens from the side (e.g. right).
From the user menu: Depending on your layout, the user menu (e.g. in the sidebar or header) may have an option to open Theme or Appearance; selecting it opens the same Theme Management drawer.
No direct URL: The drawer is a panel overlay; it doesn't have its own hash route. Close it with the drawer close button or by saving/cancelling.
When the drawer opens:
It loads the list of themes and the active theme settings (current theme and palette from the backend).
It shows the active theme and its palettes; you can select a palette and switch between light and dark mode for editing.
Palette editor and color editors let you change color variables; changes are reflected live in the UI and, when applicable, in iframes (e.g. previews).
You can create new palettes, edit existing ones, save or reset changes, and cancel to close without saving.
