Tips and troubleshooting

  • Numbers look like placeholders or don't change: The Sales page may currently use demo or simulated data. Once the WooCommerce (or other) integration is connected and the UI is wired to the API, the KPIs, chart, and Recent Sales will show real data for the selected date range. Check release notes or the Integrations area for "Sales" or "WooCommerce" when available.

  • Date range has no effect: Until the Sales Dashboard is connected to a data source, the date range may not filter real data. After connection, the chosen range will be sent to the API and all metrics and the chart will respect it.

  • Sales page not in the menu: The Sales dashboard may be under Dashboard → Sales or a similar path. If you don't see it, check menu configuration or contact your administrator. The route is always #/dashboard/sales if you have access.

  • I use Shopify / Voxel / another platform: Native integrations for Shopify, Voxel Ecommerce, and any API-based sales platform are planned so you can calculate and track any type of sales inside FleekDash. Until your platform is supported, the Sales page may still be visible with demo data or a "Connect your store" message. Check the Integrations or Settings area and product updates for new connectors.

  • WooCommerce orders or stats not showing: Confirm that WooCommerce is active and that the FleekDash WooCommerce integration (when released) is enabled and configured. Ensure your user has permission to access order data. If the API returns errors, check the browser console or contact support with the error details.
