Common tasks, step by step

Set brand name and logos

  1. Go to SettingsAppearance (#/settings/appearance).

  2. Enter the Brand Name (or leave empty to use the site title).

  3. Use Light Logo to upload or set the URL for the light-mode logo.

  4. Use Dark Logo for the dark-mode logo.

  5. Click Save Settings. Confirm the success toast; the sidebar and header should update to show the new name and logos.

Change theme or palette (drawer)

  1. Open SettingsAppearance.

  2. Click the Theme card or the Palette card. The Theme Management drawer opens.

  3. In the drawer, ensure the desired theme is selected (if multiple themes are shown). Select the palette you want to edit or use.

  4. Switch light / dark if you want to edit or preview the other mode.

  5. Edit colors in the palette editor as needed; the UI updates live.

  6. Click Save in the drawer to persist. The drawer may close or stay open; the Appearance summary will show the new theme/palette.

  7. If you don't want to keep changes, use Reset or Cancel (and confirm discard if prompted).

Create a custom palette

  1. Open the Theme Management drawer (from Appearance or user menu).

  2. Use the Create palette (or "Add palette") action. Give it a name (and optional description).

  3. Edit light and dark mode colors in the palette editor. Use the mode toggle to switch between them.

  4. Click Save to create and apply the palette. It will appear in the theme's palette list and can be set as the active palette.

Open Theme Management from the user menu

  1. Open the user menu (e.g. your avatar or name in the sidebar).

  2. Find the entry that opens Theme or Appearance (wording may vary). Click it.

  3. The Theme Management drawer opens; proceed as in the workflows above.
