One menu, zero clutter
Menu Builder is how you move around FleekDash and, when needed, the classic WordPress admin, without losing your place or hunting for settings.
Menu that makes sense – The sidebar menu is built for clarity: main items (Dashboard, Posts, Media, etc.), submenus, search, and optional pinning. Structure comes from WordPress admin menu data, and you can reorder and rename items in the Menu Management drawer so the sidebar reflects your workflow.
WP mode when you need it – On pages like Posts or Comments, a Page Mode control (e.g. in the header) lets you switch to WP Mode: the same screen opens inside FleekDash as a WordPress iframe (e.g. #/wp/edit.php?post_type=post). You get classic wp-admin or a plugin screen without leaving the layout. You can set a default view (e.g. "open Posts in WP Mode by default") so the sidebar and first click match your habit.
Menu builder with live preview – The Menu Management drawer lets you reorder menu items (drag-and-drop), rename them, and reset to the original order. Changes are stored as overrides and the sidebar updates immediately, so the sidebar is the live preview of your menu. Optional role-based overrides (show/hide or rename per role) can be available depending on your version.
Admin bar that fits – A clean, modern admin bar fits the FleekDash experience and stays consistent with your theme. You can configure it (e.g. light/dark/auto) under Settings → Admin Bar.
Settings that find you – Access to settings is designed to be intuitive: inline editing and sidebar panels (see In-Place Editor) so you spend less time navigating and more time doing.
Benefits in short:
One sidebar for FleekDash and quick access to WordPress when needed.
Reorder and rename menu items with instant feedback in the sidebar.
Switch to WP mode (or back to grid) without losing the layout; set a default view.
Admin bar consistent with your theme and configurable in settings.
How to access the menu and navigation
Sidebar menu – The sidebar is part of the main layout (LayoutOne). It appears on the left (or right, depending on theme) on every FleekDash page (Dashboard, Posts, Media, Settings, etc.). You don't "open" it from a URL; it's always there. On small screens it may collapse to an icon or a hamburger that opens the full menu.
WP mode – On pages that support it (e.g. Posts, Comments, Plugins), a Page Mode dropdown or button in the page header offers WP Mode. Clicking it navigates to #/wp/... (e.g. #/wp/edit.php?post_type=post). The content area then shows the WordPress admin in an iframe. To go back to the FleekDash view (e.g. Content Grid), use the same menu and choose the "Rich Table" or grid option, or click the sidebar item for that page (which may open in FleekDash by default depending on your saved preference).
Menu Management (menu builder) – Open the Menu Management drawer from the user menu (e.g. your avatar or name at the bottom of the sidebar) or from a Settings entry (e.g. "Menu" or "Customize menu"). The drawer slides in from the side; the sidebar stays visible and updates as you change order or names.
Admin bar settings – Go to Settings → Admin Bar (#/settings/admin-bar) to configure the admin bar (e.g. theme: light, dark, or auto).
