Why it matters
WordPress's native menu editor is one of the most complained-about screens in the admin: tiny click targets, confusing nesting, zero visual feedback. This redesign makes the screen match the rest of FleekDash while keeping full compatibility with the underlying menu system -- so nothing breaks, but the daily friction of editing navigation goes away. It also laid the internal groundwork that later became the FleekDash menu builder.
