AI Assistant

Early stage

The AI Assistant is functional but currently in an initial stage. We are actively improving it and adding capabilities. A full AI integration is on the roadmap for FleekDash, bringing modern benefits such as: automatic SEO optimization (meta titles, descriptions, focus keywords), smart image handling (alt text, captions, suggestions), content enhancement (readability, structure, internal linking), multi-language support, and deeper context across your content and media. Your feedback and use of the current assistant help shape these upcoming features.

AI that gets your context

The AI Assistant is built-in AI that works inside FleekDash and can use your WordPress context:

  • AI that gets context – The assistant can use your current post, comment, or screen so suggestions and replies are relevant, not generic. Ask for a title for "this post," draft a reply to "this comment," or get help based on what you're doing.

  • Content ideas and quick replies – Ask for titles, intros, outlines, or comment replies. Get help drafting or polishing so you write faster and stay in the admin. No copy-paste from another tab.

  • Artifacts when you need them – Create post drafts, theme tweaks, or other structured outputs from the chat. Apply or refine them in FleekDash without switching tools. Optional depending on your plan and configuration.

  • Inside FleekDash – No separate app. Open the assistant (page or modal), ask, get help, apply. One place for content and AI.

Benefits in short:

  • Context-aware suggestions and replies (current post, comment, or screen).

  • Content ideas and quick replies without leaving the admin.

  • Optional artifacts (e.g. post draft, theme tweak) to create and apply in one flow.

  • Requires AI provider configuration and, in some plans, feature access (e.g. Labs / Pro Business).

How to access

  • Full page: #/ai-assistant (e.g. https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/#/ai-assistant). Open AI Assistant from the sidebar (if the menu item is visible). The page shows a thread list (left) and the chat thread (main area).

  • Modal / quick open: From the header, click the AI (assistant) icon to open the assistant in a modal overlay. You can also open it from the Command Bar (Ctrl+K / Cmd+K): search for "AI Assistant" or "Open AI Assistant" and select it to open. So you get help without leaving your current screen.

  • Requirements: The AI Assistant is gated by feature access (e.g. Pro Business plan or higher; may be enabled in Labs for early access). You must also have an active AI provider (e.g. OpenAI) configured in Settings → AI. If the feature is not available, the page shows a message and a link to Labs or AI settings. If no provider is active, you see a message and a link to AI Assistant Settings (#/settings/ai).
