From pending to published in a few steps
Open the Dashboard (#/dashboard).
Check the Pending Approval card: If there are pending posts, they appear in the grid.
Single post:
Use the status control on the row to set status to Published (or another status), and/or use inline edit for author, date, categories, etc.
Or open the row action (e.g. edit) to go to the editor, then publish from there.
Approve all:
Click Approve All in the Pending Approval card header.
Wait for the progress toast (e.g. "Approving posts: 10/25…"). Do not navigate away.
When finished, the list refreshes; if it becomes empty, you'll see the empty state and the confetti animation.
Optional: Change date range to focus the main chart and stats on a specific period.
If numbers look stale: Click Clear Cache in the header, then wait for the success toast and for widgets to reload.

Beautiful Charts Dashboard — step-by-step guide to approving content from the dashboard. On this page, From pending to published in a few steps is covered in detail: what it looks like in the admin, the exact controls it exposes, and how it behaves when you use it day to day. Because from pending to published in a few steps is part of Dashboard — the FleekDash home base — stats cards, a growth chart, and a pending-approval queue in one view — the settings you touch here interact with the rest of the feature; when in doubt, open the feature overview and follow the docs in order.
