White-label admin

2

The first thing your client sees is the admin shell: header, sidebar, and overall look. Use Theme & Brand Manager and Settings → Appearance so that shell shows their logo, name, and colors.

1. Open Theme & Brand Manager

  • In the FleekDash sidebar, open Theme & Brand Manager (or go to SettingsAppearance, depending on your setup).

  • You’ll work with brand identity (name, logo) and theme/palette (colors).

  • Brand name – Replace the default (e.g. “FleekDash” or site name) with the client’s brand name. This typically appears in the sidebar header and/or browser title.

  • Logo – Upload or select the client’s logo. Prefer a version that works on both light and dark backgrounds if you offer light/dark themes.

  • Save. The header and sidebar should update immediately so the admin clearly looks like the client’s product.

3. Choose or create a theme and palette

  • Pick a theme that fits the client (light, dark, or auto).

  • If you have brand colors (hex codes):

    • Create or edit a palette and set primary (and optionally secondary) colors to match.

    • Apply that palette so links, buttons, and accents use the client’s colors.

  • Save. The admin should now feel on-brand (name, logo, colors).

4. Optional: Settings → Appearance

  • Go to SettingsAppearance for any global options (e.g. additional logo or name overrides) your FleekDash version exposes.

  • Align them with what you set in Theme & Brand Manager so everything is consistent.

Result

The admin shell (sidebar, header, colors) now presents the client’s brand. In Step 3 we’ll shape the login experience so the first touchpoint is also on-brand.
