How our feedback portal works
We run our feedback and feature requests through a dedicated portal. There you can:
- Submit ideas: New features, improvements, or workflows you'd like to see.
- Report issues: Bugs, unclear copy, or UX problems so we can fix them.
- Vote and comment: Upvote existing requests and add context so we know what matters most.
How we prioritize
We don’t treat the portal as a simple backlog. We use it to decide what to build next:
- Impact and votes: Ideas that help many users and get more votes get more weight.
- Alignment with product: We favor requests that fit FleekDash's direction (faster admin, better UX, scalability).
- Feasibility: We balance your wishes with technical constraints and roadmap capacity.
- Clarity: Well-described use cases and examples are easier to schedule and ship.
We review submissions regularly and update statuses (e.g. planned, in progress, shipped) so you can see how your feedback is used.
