Comment Manager

One place for all comments

The Comment Manager is a centralized hub for all WordPress comments. Instead of opening each post to see and moderate its comments, you get:

  • One place for all comments – A single list (grid) with comments from all posts. Filter by status (All, Pending, Approved, Spam, Trash), search by content or author, and see counts per status so you know what needs attention.

  • Quick reply and edit – Open a reply or edit modal from the list. Reply to a comment or edit its content, author, date, or status without opening the post. Save and stay on the same list.

  • Create comment from the admin – Add a new comment (e.g. an official reply as the site) from the admin. Choose the post, write the content, set author and status. No need to use the front end.

  • Moderation in place – Change status per comment: Approve, Spam, or Trash from row actions. Optional bulk or multi-select actions may be available depending on your version. So you handle moderation without opening every post.

  • AI-assisted replies – When replying or creating a comment, use AI assistance (e.g. draft or polish the reply) so you respond faster and stay in the admin.

Benefits in short:

  • Handle engagement in one screen instead of post-by-post.

  • Reply and edit without leaving the list.

  • Create comments from the admin when you need an official reply.

  • Approve, spam, or trash from the grid; optional bulk actions.

  • AI help when drafting replies.

How to access

  • Route: #/comments (e.g. https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/#/comments).

  • Sidebar: Open Comments (or the equivalent menu item). The Comments page loads with the grid and filters.

  • Page: The main content is the comments grid (table/list) with columns such as author, content excerpt, post, date, status, and row actions. Above the grid you typically have status filter buttons (All, Pending, Approved, Spam, Trash), search, and a Create comment (or "Add comment") button.
