White-label admin

The login screen is often the first thing a client sees. FleekDash lets you tie it to a custom page and control session behavior so the experience feels intentional and on-brand.

1. Open login settings

  • Go to SettingsLogin (e.g. #/settings/login).

  • You’ll see options for the custom login page, layout, session duration, and optionally Remember Me and demo user.

2. Select a custom login page

  • If your site has a custom login page (e.g. a WordPress page built for login):

    • Select it in the settings.

    • Choose the layout (e.g. centered, full-width) that matches the client’s brand.

  • If you don’t use a custom page, the default FleekDash/WordPress login still applies; you can still set session and optional demo user below.

3. Set session and optional demo user

  • Session duration – Set how long the user stays logged in (e.g. 24 hours, 7 days). Match the client’s security and convenience needs.

  • Remember Me – Enable or disable according to your policy.

  • Demo user (if available) – Optionally enable and select a user so the client can try the admin without real credentials. Useful for handover or training.

Save the settings.

4. Verify on the front end

  • Open the front-end login URL in an incognito or different browser.

  • Confirm the client sees the expected page (custom or default), layout, and that login works. If you use a custom page, ensure it shows the client’s branding (logo, colors) consistently with the admin.

The first touchpoint (login) is now aligned with the client’s brand and your chosen session/demo behavior. In Step 4 we’ll shape the sidebar and dashboard so the client only sees what they need.
