FleekDash 2.6.9 makes rollback a first-class citizen across your whole site. Update a plugin, a theme, or even WordPress core and something feels off? Roll it back to an earlier version in one click, right where the update lives. Other tools only roll back plugins. FleekDash rolls back plugins, themes, and WordPress itself.
What's New
Roll back plugins
Every plugin update can be undone. Open a plugin's details sheet and pick the version you want to return to.
Automatic backups: FleekDash saves the previous version before each update, so there is always a safe point to return to.
Restore from WordPress.org: no local backup? No problem. FleekDash pulls the release you want straight from the hosted WordPress.org version catalog.
Roll forward too: pick any hosted version, newer or older. Downgrade a bad release or fast-forward past a broken one, your choice.
Roll back themes
Theme rows on the Updates page get the same treatment. Pick an earlier WordPress.org version from the rollback modal, optionally keep a backup of the current one, and restore without touching FTP or the file manager.
Roll back WordPress core
The Updates page now covers core itself. From the WordPress Core card you can reinstall the current version or step back to a previous release, with the same guarded flow as plugins and themes.
Rollback that respects your stack
Version safety checks: FleekDash only lists versions that are actually installable for your site, including the right handling for plugin releases marked as patches.
Job locks: a rollback in progress cannot collide with another update on the same item.
Identity checks: restores verify the plugin or theme actually came from WordPress.org before using the hosted catalog, so custom or private packages are never overwritten by a lookalike.
What's Improved
Backup coverage: backups now also capture the previous version when a plugin is installed over itself via ZIP upload.
Multisite: the network site grid is faster, per-site menu overrides stay isolated to their own blog, synced subsites follow the main site's menu, and the network's main site can no longer be deleted by mistake.
Update checks: the updates inventory is cached briefly on the server, so repeated page loads no longer re-scan the filesystem.
Rollback picker: tighter version popover with clearer alignment and no extra confirm step.
