Tips and troubleshooting

  • Integrations list empty – The list is loaded from the FleekDash backend (available integrations). If you see no cards, check that the Integrations API is available and that your plan includes the integrations you expect. Refresh the page; if it persists, check network and backend.

  • Integration won't activate – Ensure you've opened Settings and entered required data (e.g. API key) and clicked Save. Some integrations require a valid connection before they can be activated. Check the error message in the settings sheet.

  • Plugins page shows error – Plugins are loaded via the WordPress Bridge / FleekDash plugins API. Ensure you're logged in and have permission to list plugins. If the request fails (e.g. 403), check capabilities and API availability.

  • Update plugin fails – Updating plugins requires WordPress filesystem and permissions. If update fails, try from WP Mode (classic plugin screen) or check server permissions and disk space. FleekDash uses the same WordPress update mechanism.

  • Email or WooCommerce not in the hub – Not all integrations may be available in every plan or build. The Integrations page shows what's available for your site. Email and WooCommerce cards or entries appear when those integrations are offered and configured; check Settings or docs for supported providers.
