Step-by-step workflows

Common tasks, step by step

Configure an integration (e.g. AI)

  1. Open Integrations (#/integrations). Find the integration (e.g. OpenAI or "AI Assistant") in the list (use search or filter if needed).

  2. Click Settings (or Configure) on the card or row. The Integration Settings sheet opens.

  3. Enter the required data (e.g. API key), toggle Enable if needed, and click Save. The sheet closes and the integration status may change to Active. You can now use that integration (e.g. AI Assistant) in FleekDash.

Activate or deactivate an integration

  1. On the Integrations page, find the integration. Use the Activate / Deactivate control on the card or row (if present).

  2. Or open Settings and use an Enable / Disable option there, then Save. The list updates to show the new status.

Update and activate plugins

  1. Open Plugins (#/plugins). Use the status filter (e.g. Inactive) or search to find the plugin.

  2. To activate: click Activate in the row actions. The plugin activates and the row updates.

  3. To update: if an update is available, click Update in the row actions (or use a bulk "Update" action). Wait for the update to complete; the grid refreshes.

  4. Use Refresh or "Check for updates" in the header to refresh the list and update info.

Switch to WP mode for plugins (classic list)

  1. On the Plugins page, open the Page Mode menu in the header.

  2. Select WP Mode. The content area switches to the WordPress plugin screen (iframe). Use it for install or the classic list if needed.

  3. Switch back to Rich Table (or the FleekDash view) from the same menu to return to the FleekDash plugins grid.
