One mental model: sidebar = areas, panel = options
Sidebar (left) – A vertical list of section names: Account, Appearance, Admin Bar, Login, Performance, Integrations, AI Assistant, Fleek Docs, Fleek Labs, Command Search, Debug Settings, License Activation (and any others your build includes). The active section is highlighted. Click a section to switch the content panel without a full page reload.
Content panel (main) – The selected section's settings form or options: labels, inputs, toggles, buttons. Scroll within the panel to see all options. Save (or Apply) is usually at the top or bottom of the section. Changing section swaps only the panel content; the shell (sidebar + header) stays mounted.
Responsive behavior – On small screens the sidebar may collapse to a menu or tabs so the panel remains usable.
Benefit: One mental model. Sidebar = list of areas, panel = options for that area.
