Step-by-step workflows

Common tasks, step by step

Change appearance (brand name or logos)

  1. Open Settings (#/settings). In the sidebar, click Appearance (or go to #/settings/appearance).

  2. In the panel, change Brand name, Logo, or other options. Click Save (or Save Settings). A success message confirms. The UI may update immediately (e.g. header or sidebar reflects the new name/logo).

Configure login page

  1. Open SettingsLogin (#/settings/login). Select the custom login page (e.g. a WordPress page), choose layout, set session duration or Remember Me behavior, and optionally enable demo user and select a user. Save.

  2. Visit the front-end login URL to see the custom login page and behavior.

Activate license

  1. Open SettingsLicense Activation (#/settings/license). If no license is active, enter your license key in the field and click Activate. Wait for the request; the panel shows Active and tier/expiry when successful.

  2. To deactivate or refresh, use Deactivate or Refresh in the same section. Status and features list update accordingly.

How to activate your FleekDash license

Enable a Labs feature (e.g. AI Assistant)

  1. Open SettingsFleek Labs (#/settings/labs). Find the feature (e.g. AI Assistant) and enable it. Save if required.

  2. The feature becomes available (e.g. AI Assistant in the sidebar or header). Disable in Labs to turn it off.

Configure Search (Command Bar)

  1. Open SettingsCommand Search (#/settings/fleek-search). Adjust preview behavior, add synonyms (key and values), or trigger index rebuild if available. Save.

  2. Open the Command Bar (Ctrl+K / Cmd+K); search uses the new settings (e.g. synonyms, preview).
