Tips and troubleshooting

  • Login URL not working – After selecting a page, the Current Login URL is shown. Open it in a new tab to confirm it works. If the page returns 404, the page may have been deleted or its slug changed. Re-select or create a page and Save again.

  • Layout doesn't change – Clear your browser cache or open the login URL in an incognito/private window. FleekDash caches assets; a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R) can help.

  • Demo user not in list – Only users with admin access (e.g. Administrator role) appear. If your demo user doesn't show, ensure they have the required capabilities.

  • Custom illustration too large – Max size is 5MB. Use JPEG, PNG, SVG, or WebP. Resize or compress the image if the upload fails.

  • Remember Me has no effect – The Remember Me checkbox on the login form must be checked for the duration to apply. If users don't check it, they get the default short session. Use Check "Remember Me" by default if you want most users to benefit from the longer duration.

  • Logout goes to wp-login.php – FleekDash replaces the default logout redirect with your custom login URL. If you still see wp-login.php, ensure the login page is selected and saved, then try logging out again.
