Data sources and integrations

Where your sales data comes from

The Sales Dashboard is designed to show data from one or more sales platforms. The following integrations are available or planned:

WooCommerce

  • Purpose: Native integration for WordPress sites that use WooCommerce.

  • What you get: When WooCommerce is connected, the Sales Dashboard can show list of orders (with filters), order details, order stats (total orders, revenue, average order value), and the ability to update order status. KPI cards, Overview chart, and Recent Sales display live WooCommerce data for the selected date range. Authentication is handled by FleekDash.

Shopify (planned)

  • Purpose: Native integration so Shopify stores can view sales and revenue in FleekDash.

  • Status: Planned. The goal is the same as WooCommerce: orders and revenue in the Sales Dashboard, with the ability to calculate sales from Shopify inside FleekDash.

Voxel Ecommerce (planned)

  • Purpose: Support for stores built with Voxel Ecommerce so their sales are also visible and calculable in FleekDash.

  • Status: Planned; same principle as above.

Any API-based sales platform (design goal)

  • Purpose: Allow any sales platform that exposes an API to be connected so you can calculate any type of sales in one place.

  • Status: The product direction is to support multiple sources and, where useful, a unified or switchable view so you are not limited to a single platform.

Authentication: FleekDash handles connection to your store securely. Store-specific credentials (e.g. for Shopify when available) are configured in Settings or Integrations when those connectors are released.

Benefit: One dashboard that can pull from WooCommerce today and from Shopify, Voxel, and other API-based platforms over time. So you really can calculate and track any type of sales inside FleekDash.
