High-level metrics in one row
Below the header, a grid of KPI cards (e.g. four on large screens, responsive on smaller ones) shows high-level metrics. Typical cards:
Total Revenue – Revenue in the selected period. Can be formatted as currency (e.g. USD). May show a comparison line such as "+20.1% from last month" when real data and comparison logic are available.
Subscriptions – Subscription-related count or value (e.g. number of active subscriptions or revenue from subscriptions), with optional comparison.
Sales – Number of sales (or transactions) in the period, with optional comparison (e.g. "+19% from last month").
Active Now – Current activity indicator (e.g. "+201 since last hour" or similar). Useful for live or near-live dashboards.
Current behavior: The page may use simulated or demo values for these cards (e.g. animated or placeholder numbers) until a sales integration is connected. Once WooCommerce (or another source) is wired, the cards will show real totals and, where supported, period-over-period change.
Formatting: Values can use NumberFlow or similar for smooth number updates. Currency and percentage formatting are applied so the dashboard is readable at a glance.
Benefit: Revenue and key activity metrics in one row; same layout will work for any connected platform (WooCommerce, Shopify, Voxel, or others).
