Step-by-step workflows

Common tasks, step by step

View last 30 days and top posts

  1. Open Analytics from the menu or go to #/dashboard/analytics.

  2. In the header, set Period to Last 30 Days.

  3. Wait for KPIs and charts to load (or click Refresh).

  4. Check the KPI cards for unique visitors, page views, bounce rate, and avg. session.

  5. Scroll to the Popular Posts chart to see the most viewed posts in that period.

See who's on the site right now (Live)

  1. On the Analytics page, turn the Live switch on.

  2. Confirm the Active Now KPI card appears and shows the current visitor count.

  3. Optionally watch the main Visitors Over Time chart for the live indicator (e.g. glow).

  4. Leave Live on for as long as you need; data refreshes automatically (e.g. every 10 seconds).

  5. Turn Live off when done to stop polling.

Compare audience and traffic sources

  1. Set the desired Period (e.g. Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days).

  2. Open the Audience tab and review New User Registrations and Top Locations.

  3. Open the Acquisition tab and review Traffic Sources (referrers).

  4. Use Refresh if you want to ensure the latest data.

Use a custom date range

  1. In the header Period dropdown, select Custom Range.

  2. Use the date picker to set start and end dates.

  3. KPIs and charts that support custom range will update; others may fall back to a default (e.g. 30d). Check the status bar for the displayed range.
