Find what needs attention
Status filter – Buttons or tabs: All, Pending, Approved, Spam, Trash. Click one to show only comments in that status. The grid and counts update accordingly.
Search – A search field (often with debounced input) filters comments by content, author name, or other fields depending on implementation. Typing narrows the list so you find a specific comment quickly.
Other filters – Some setups offer filters by author, date range, or post. When available, they appear in a filter bar or dropdowns above the grid.
Clear filters – A "Clear all" or similar control resets filters so you see all comments again.
Benefit: Find pending comments, spam, or a specific author/thread without opening each post.
