Moderate quickly from the list
Approve: Row action Approve (or "Approve" in the edit modal) sets the comment status to Approved. Approved comments are typically visible on the front end (depending on theme/settings).
Spam: Row action Spam sets the comment to Spam. Spam comments are hidden from the front end and can be bulk-deleted or reviewed later.
Trash: Row action Trash moves the comment to Trash. Trashed comments can be restored or permanently deleted from the Trash filter view.
Per-row actions: Each row usually has Approve, Spam, and Trash (and possibly Edit, Reply, Delete). Click to change status immediately; the grid may update optimistically (e.g. row moves or badge updates) and the backend is updated via the API.
Bulk actions: If the grid supports multi-select (checkboxes), you may be able to select several comments and apply Bulk Approve, Bulk Spam, or Bulk Trash in one go. Availability depends on your FleekDash version.
Moderate quickly from the list; optional bulk for scaling.
