User Management

Users and roles in one place

The User Management feature gives you a single place to manage WordPress users and roles without code:

  • User list that feels like a CRM – A grid with avatars, display name, email, roles, registered date, and quick actions. Filter by role (All, Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor, Subscriber, or custom roles). Search by name, username, email, or role. Column manager to show or hide columns and reorder them. So you see who's who at a glance.

  • Roles without the code – Open the Role Management drawer from the Users page (or from the Menu Management drawer). List all roles (native and custom), create new roles, edit existing ones, and manage capabilities with a clear UI (e.g. checkboxes). No PHP, no capability matrix from hell. Create, edit, and assign roles and capabilities without code.

  • Quick actionsEdit user opens a persistent drawer (User Edit) so you change name, email, avatar, description, and roles without a full-page load. Change role from the grid (e.g. role dropdown or inline control) so you update a user's role without opening their profile. Delete user with a confirmation drawer. Optional inline edit for fields like registered date where supported.

  • Built for teams and agencies – When you manage many users, the list, filters, search, and role management scale. Find users, change roles, edit in a drawer. One clear interface.

Benefits in short:

  • One screen for users and roles; CRM-like list with avatars, filters, and search.

  • Edit users and change roles from the list or a drawer. No full-page profile needed.

  • Role Management: create, edit, and assign roles and capabilities without code.

  • Add new users (via WP screen when needed) and delete with confirmation.
