What you see at the top
At the top of the Media page you have:
Title: "Media".
Header actions (right):
View toggle: Switch between Grid and List. The active view is highlighted. Your choice is saved so it's restored next time.
Upload: Opens the file picker. Selected files are uploaded; if a folder is selected in the sidebar, uploads go into that folder.
WP mode: Opens the default WordPress upload screen (#/wp/upload.php) so you can use plugins or workflows that only work there.
One place to switch view, upload, or fall back to WordPress when needed.
