From idea to published post

1

This is the one workflow that ties FleekDash together: you start with a search or a shortcut, get an idea or draft from the AI Assistant, create and edit the post without losing your place, publish from the list or the editor, then handle comments from one hub. No tab-hopping, no "where was I?". One flow from idea to published post and engagement.

What you will do

  1. Search: Open the Command Bar, find "New post" or go to Posts or AI Assistant.

  2. AI: Ask the AI for a title, outline, or full draft; use the answer (or an artifact) to create the post.

  3. Edit: Create the post, paste or apply the draft, tweak in the grid (inline) or in the full editor, then publish.

  4. Comments: When comments arrive, open Comment Manager, reply (with AI if you want), and approve. All from one place.

Who this is for

Editors, content creators, anyone publishing posts.

Ready? Go to Step 2 to open the Command Bar and get going.

In practice

One workflow from Command Bar to AI, Content Grid, and Comment Manager. On this page, What you will do is covered in detail: what it looks like in the admin, the exact controls it exposes, and how it behaves when you use it day to day. Because what you will do is part of the idea to published post tutorial — a guided, step-by-step walk through a real FleekDash workflow — the settings you touch here interact with the rest of the feature; when in doubt, open the feature overview and follow the docs in order.
