Go to the Posts list: from the sidebar click Posts, or use the Command Bar again and choose Posts.
Click Add New (top right). You are taken to the WordPress Gutenberg editor to create a new post.
Add the AI content: paste or type the title the AI suggested; paste the outline or draft from the AI into the block editor. Adjust blocks and formatting as needed.
Save as Draft (or leave as draft) so you can polish or schedule later. You do not have to publish yet.
Tip: If the AI Assistant gave you an artifact with an Apply to new post action, use that to create the post with the draft pre-filled; then continue editing in Gutenberg if needed.
Edit in place and publish
Option A – In the editor: Stay in Gutenberg: edit, add media, then click Publish or Schedule. When you are done, go back to the Posts list.
Option B – Back to the list, then inline:
Return to the Posts list (#/posts). Your new draft appears in the grid (e.g. filter Draft if needed).
Use inline editing in the grid: change Status to Published, Author, Date, Categories, or Labels directly in the cells.
To publish: set Status to Published in the grid, or click Edit in the row actions to open Gutenberg and hit Publish there.
The grid and dashboard update without a full page reload; your post is live.
In Step 5 we will handle comments from one place (Comment Manager, reply, approve).
