From idea to published post

Open the Command Bar and get going

  1. Press Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+K (Mac), or click Search in the header. The Command Bar opens with focus in the search field.

  2. Type "New post" or "Posts" or "AI Assistant". Results show shortcuts (e.g. "New post", "Open AI Assistant"), menu items, and possibly recent posts.

  3. Choose one:

    • "New post" or "Add New" – Takes you to the Posts list or the WordPress editor to create a post.

    • "Open AI Assistant" or "AI Assistant" – Opens the AI Assistant (page or modal) so you can get a title, outline, or draft first.

Tip: You can start with the AI (idea then draft) and then create the post, or go straight to Posts and use the AI from there. This tutorial assumes you start with the AI for the idea/draft, then create and publish the post.

In Step 3 we will get a title and draft from the AI Assistant.
