Get a title and draft from the AI Assistant

  1. From the Command Bar, select Open AI Assistant (or go to AI Assistant in the sidebar or #/ai-assistant).

  2. If you are on the full AI Assistant page: start a new thread (e.g. New chat) so this post has its own conversation.

  3. In the chat, ask for what you need. Examples: Suggest a title for a post about a topic. Give me an outline for a 800-word post. Write a short intro and three bullet points. Create a draft post (title plus first two paragraphs).

  4. The assistant replies with text (and sometimes an artifact such as a post draft). You can copy the text and paste it into a new post in the next step, or use Apply or Use on a post draft artifact if the UI offers it.

  5. Keep the chat open in another panel or copy what you need; you will use it when creating the post.

Tip: If you opened the AI in a modal from the header, you can leave it open, open the Posts list in the background, and paste the draft when you create the post.

In Step 4 we will create the post and add the draft, then edit in place and publish.
