Once the post is published, comments may come in. Handle them without opening each post:
Open Comment Manager: sidebar then Comments, or go to #/comments.
Use the status filters (All, Pending, Approved, Spam, Trash) to see Pending (or All) and the search field to find comments by post or author.
For each comment you want to reply to:
Click Reply (row action). The reply modal opens.
Optionally use AI assistance (e.g. "Reply with AI" or open the AI Assistant with the comment in context) to draft a reply, then paste or insert it into the reply field.
Send the reply and close the modal. You stay on the Comment Manager list.
Use row actions to Approve, Spam, or Trash as needed. Optional bulk actions may be available depending on your setup.
Notification Center (bell or user menu): if new comments trigger notifications, you can open the comment or go to Comment Manager from there so you never miss engagement.
Tip: If you use Settings then Notifications to tune alerts, you can get notified for new comments and open Comment Manager in one click.
