Track external sales and conversions as Growth events

Introduction

You sell on Shopify, Gumroad, or another platform. You capture leads in Typeform, HubSpot, or a CRM. You want that activity to count in FleekDash so your Growth Score and achievements reflect all your growth, not just WordPress. This guide shows how to send sales and conversions from any external platform into FleekDash as Growth events, in a few steps.

What you will do

  1. Create a Custom Growth event in FleekDash (e.g. External sale or Newsletter signup).

  2. Get the event ID (from the API or the Growth Score panel).

  3. Call the FleekDash REST API from your external system (webhook, Zapier, cron, or server) each time a sale or conversion happens.

  4. See the event in your Growth Score and Achievements on the Dashboard.

No coding inside WordPress is required for the external side. Only a way to send an HTTP POST to your WordPress site (e.g. webhook receiver, Zapier, or a small script).
