Most of the time you do not need the full block editor to approve, reschedule, reassign, or categorize content. This tutorial shows how to do that from the Posts list: change status, author, date, categories, and labels inline, use row actions for Edit, Duplicate, or Delete, and only open the editor when you need to change the actual content. You stay on the list, with no full page reloads.
What you will do
Open the Posts list (or Pages / another post type) and use filters and search to find what you need.
Edit Status, Author, Date, Categories, and Labels directly in the grid (inline).
Use row actions (Edit, Duplicate, Delete) when you need the full editor or a quick duplicate.
Optionally customize columns so the list shows what matters for your workflow.
