Open the Posts list and find your content

1. Go to the Content Grid

  • In the sidebar, click Posts (or Pages, or your custom post type). The Content Grid loads at #/posts (or #/posts?post_type=page, etc.).

  • Use the status filter buttons (All, Published, Draft, Pending, Scheduled, Trash) to see only the status you care about. E.g. Draft to polish before publish, or Pending to approve.

  • Use search (e.g. "Search posts…") to filter by keyword in title or content.

  • Use advanced filters (author, labels, categories) if available to narrow by author or taxonomy.

2. Understand the grid

The grid shows one row per post with columns such as thumbnail, title, author, date, categories, status, labels, and actions. You never leave this list for the edits in the next steps.

In Step 3 we will edit status, author, date, categories, and labels inline.
