With the Command Bar open, type in the search field. Search runs automatically (with a short delay as you type) and returns mixed results in one list:
Posts and pages: Title or content matches
Users: Name or email
Comments: Content or author
Menu items: Sidebar navigation (e.g. Dashboard, Users, Settings)
Shortcuts and commands: Open Dashboard, New post, Open AI Assistant
Settings: Settings sections or options
You do not choose "search posts" or "search users" first. One query returns everything that matches, grouped (e.g. Posts, Users, Menu, Shortcuts). Type a few characters and pick what you need.
In Step 4 we will navigate and run with the keyboard (Arrow keys, Enter, Escape).

In practice
Keyboard Everything — one query returns posts, users, menu items, and commands. On this page, Search for anything is covered in detail: what it looks like in the admin, the exact controls it exposes, and how it behaves when you use it day to day. Because search for anything is part of the keyboard everything tutorial — a guided, step-by-step walk through a real FleekDash workflow — the settings you touch here interact with the rest of the feature; when in doubt, open the feature overview and follow the docs in order.
